Two Van Buren businesses, live right now.

Tap either one. These are real sites for real people in town, not mockups.

Two numbers. That's the whole price list.

Setup

$500one time

Up to five pages, designed for your business and how people actually find you.

  • Custom design, built from your photos and your words
  • Works on phones first, loads fast
  • Map, hours, tap-to-call and an email button
  • Buttons to the booking or ordering app you already use
  • Page titles and descriptions written so Google can find you
  • Live in about a week
  • Nothing else to buy

Monthly

$79per month

Everything it takes to stay online, handled. You never log into anything.

  • Hosting and security certificate
  • Your domain, registered and renewed in your name
  • Backed up on every change
  • Month to month, cancel anytime
  • Your domain stays in your name if you ever leave

What the site does not do: take payments, take bookings itself, or let customers log in. If you need those, you sign up for a service like GlossGenius, Square or Calendly in your own name and I put the button on your site. I don't build online stores or design logos. More than five pages I can quote. The site is built and hosted by me and stays with the plan; your domain is yours either way.

No dashboard. No app. No upsell. Just a website that works.

A lot of monthly website plans bundle in a CRM, a lead inbox, an AI assistant and a phone app you'll open twice. You pay for all of that whether you use it or not.

You get a fast, good-looking site that shows up on Google and gets people to call, book or come in. That's the whole product, and it's priced like it.

From first email to live site in four steps.

1

Send a few details

Fill out the form. What your business does, who your customers are, and what the site needs to do.

2

Get a free draft

Within a few days you get a link to a draft of your homepage. Open it on your phone. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.

3

Finish it together

Send your photos, logo, hours and services. I build out the rest of the pages and you get two rounds of changes.

4

Go live

I handle the domain, hosting and launch. From then on it just runs, and you get on with your business.

What the owners say.

“PLACEHOLDER. Ask Jami for two sentences about working with you and paste them here.”

Questions people ask before they say yes.

I already have a domain. Does that matter?
No. I'll point it at the new site, or I'll register a new one for you if you don't have one. Either way it's in your name.
I only have a Facebook page right now.
That's most people. Facebook is fine for posting, but when someone Googles you at 9pm looking for hours or a menu, a page you control is what shows up and answers them.
Do I have to write anything?
No. Send me what you've got, even if it's a few texts and some phone photos. I'll write the first draft and you tell me what's wrong.
What happens when I need to change something?
Email me what changed. Small things like hours, a price, a photo, or a new service are part of the plan.
What if I stop paying?
The site comes down and your domain goes with you. No contract, no cancellation fee, no hard feelings.
Can the site take bookings or payments?
Not on its own. Booking, payments and online ordering run on services like GlossGenius, Square, Calendly or Toast, set up in your name so the money and customer list are yours. Your site gets the button that sends people there. I don't build online stores, logos, or run marketing or SEO campaigns.

I run a business here too.

I'm Jimmy. I live in Van Buren and I own The Crafted Nook, a small manufacturing business that ships to a couple hundred bookstores around the country. I learned how to build websites because I needed one and every quote I got was either thousands up front or a monthly plan stuffed with things I'd never use.

So that's how I build them for other people. Plain pricing, nothing you have to log into, nothing bolted on. Everything happens over email, so you have it all in writing.

I'll reply within a day with a couple of questions, then send a draft homepage a few days later. If you want it, we go from there. If not, that's fine too.

Sent. I'll email you within a day.
